Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free consultations

The 30-minute introductory consultation booked through this website is free of charge. Since no payment is taken, no refund applies.

You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation at any time — ideally at least 24 hours before your slot — by calling +91 97701 53184 or emailing sales@rsplconsulting.com. Cancelled slots are released for other businesses immediately.

2. Subsidy Eligibility Checker (₹199)

RSPL Consulting's Subsidy Eligibility Checker is a paid digital service. Your personalised scheme matches are generated and displayed in full the moment your payment succeeds — the service is therefore delivered instantly and in its entirety at the point of payment.

Because the service is fully rendered the moment it is delivered, checker payments are non-refundable once your results have been displayed.

Exception — technical failure: if your payment is captured successfully but your results fail to display due to a fault on our side, write to us within 7 days with your payment reference. We will restore your access or refund the payment in full, at your choice.

3. Paid advisory engagements

Fees, payment schedules and refund terms for advisory work are defined in the written engagement letter agreed with you before work begins.

As a general principle: fees for work already performed — research, documentation, filings or liaison completed on your behalf — are not refundable. Where an advance or retainer exceeds the value of work performed at the point of cancellation, the unutilised balance is refunded within 15 working days of written cancellation.

4. Cancellation by us

If RSPL Consulting cancels an engagement before work has meaningfully commenced, any advance collected for that engagement is refunded in full within 15 working days.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Write to sales@rsplconsulting.com or call +91 97701 53184 with your engagement reference. We acknowledge every request within one business day and confirm the outcome in writing.
